Tabitha Magazine is a project started by three friends - Louise Ryan, Una O' Boyle and Shane O' Connor. We are fashion bloggers and online vintage shop owners and Shane is an artist, illustrator and graphic designer. We have always had a huge love for fashion and after organising a successful charity fashion show we started up our blog three years ago. We were so grateful to be voted Ireland s Most Influential Fashion Blog of 2011. We have worked tirelessly to produce content for the first issue of our magazine on a budget of absolutely zero. There is such an abundance of talent in Dublin and in Ireland at the moment from models, photographers, illustrators, make up artists, hair stylists, artists and designers. Not to mention the amazing boutiques that are offering style on a budget and braving the horrible economic climate at the moment.
We see Tabitha Magazine as a way to celebrate and unite the huge fashion community in Ireland. We want to offer people a chance to get published and to get their work seen. We have such passion for this project and have had the pleasure of working with some unbelievably inspiring and creative people. People who have offered their time for free to complete this project. We feel that we owe it to them to publish this magazine and to reach as many viewers as possible. The magazine is almost ready to launch, we just have to jump that final hurdle. We need to raise €2000 for Tabitha Magazine so we can get it printed and distribute it to outlets nationwide giving people the opportunity to pick up a copy for free. Please help us celebrate the huge creative talent that is in this country.
