'Life' is an eclectic fusion of theatre, poetry, comedy and song - which follows Gráinne - a young Irish emigrant in London, through dating, career and depression in one of the world's loneliest cities. An uplifting and comic tale about realising how life's magnificence, even in the darkest of times.
This show is the first of 5 different one woman shows, which I have written and performed over the last 18 months throughout Dublin, London and LA. I am very lucky to have worked with director Helena Browne (Michael Chekhov Studio Dublin) on every one. Apart from my theatre work, I can also be seen in the fantasy feature movie 'The Crown and the Dragon' and the Jimi Hendrix biopic movie 'All is by my Side' alongside Andre 3000 - as well as the new TV series 'Vikings' for the History Channel.
I see this as a exciting opportunity to bring a new form of Irish theatre to a wider international audience. I look forward to representing Irish Arts in the Big Apple this November!
