Hi! Thanks for visiting our Fund it project! We are a two-piece folk/dream-pop band from Wexford, Ireland. We released our debut album ‘Slow Season’ in 2014. Since then we’ve released a pair of singles and recently an EP, and we’ve played some of the country’s best festivals. We’ve written a whole bunch of new songs which now need to be recorded. That’s why we need your help!!
Our Project
We’ve been writing new music solidly for the past 6 months. We have an album’s worth of new material that we’re genuinely excited about recording and releasing! We’ve met with Darragh Nolan, a like-minded producer and owner of Asta Kalapa Studios, and he’s on board for the project, however this is where we need your help.
Your funding will allow us to record, mix, master and duplicate our new album. Funding it will mean that you are part of creating something unique, and we have every intention of taking this project to the highest standard.?
How Does Fund It Work?
Good question! Fund it, it operates on a reward system. Any pledge of €10 or more is basically a preorder of the album, so not only are you helping with its creation but you will also be one of the first to receive it! The more money you pledge the more you get in return.
If a project doesn't reach its target in 35 days it doesn't get funded at all, meaning the target is the minimum we need to raise in order to receive any of your contributions. Money won't be taken from your account until the campaign is over. Fund it also take an 8% cut to cover their own costs.
Thanks!
Thanks to everyone who has supported us so far, and thank you in advance to anyone who decides to help us with this project! Every contribution means a huge amount, and we’ll do all we can to make it worth your while.
Thank you,
Justin & Dan
